Paul Cattin is a Partner and Managing Broker at Platinum CRE, a commercial real estate firm in Denver. He specializes in investment sales, owner-user deals, and property acquisitions for office, retail, and industrial spaces throughout the Denver metro area. His passion for commercial real estate began when he spent time with his grandfather and uncle buying and selling properties in Bozeman, MT.

Paul's extensive experience as a business owner, landlord, and top-performing agent, coupled with his CCIM education, makes him an exceptional problem solver who prioritizes his clients' goals. He values relationships and earns trust through honesty and experience. Paul has worked with an array of clients, ranging from large billion-dollar companies to single high-net-worth individuals, small local investors, and owner-users running their own companies. He delivers detailed property and financial analyses to help his clients make informed decisions for optimal success in their commercial real estate goals.

Before starting Platinum CRE, Paul was recognized as one of NAI Global's “Top 100” performing agents and a “Top 3” performer at NAI Shames Makovsky. He has earned his CCIM certificate, which represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, as well as negotiation tactics and strategies. Additionally, Paul holds a MICP (Masters in Commercial Property) certification, awarded after his training and consultation with Mike Lipsey and the Lipsey Company, leading experts in commercial investment real estate. This certification helps Paul reach new levels of problem-solving, efficiency, productivity, functionality, market share, and financial success.

Alexia Montalvo

Associate Broker

Alexia joins Platinum CRE as an Associate Broker. As a lifelong learner, Alexia is always looking for ways to bridge the gap between knowledge and application. She brings her entrepreneurial mindset and industry experience to PCRE, helping clients navigate opportunities and make informed decisions in Denver’s evolving commercial real estate market.

Entrepreneurship has always been part of Alexia’s journey—she launched her first business before starting college and now manages three ventures in construction and development, bookkeeping, and taxes, all while maintaining an active real estate license. She will use these experiences to provide strategic, real-world solutions as a commercial real estate broker.

Alexia is a proud Colorado native with deep roots in my community and is passionate about giving back. She is actively involved in the Diverse Scholars Program, TRIO, and the First Generation Program. Her background in competitive diving and choir helped shape her drive, discipline, and teamwork—values incorporated into every aspect of her work.

Alexia is obtaining a degree in Finance and Real Estate as a first-generation college student from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
